'Paris- Aquarium' - A signed limited edition silkscreen print by Sir Peter Blake. Available individually or as part of Paris Suite portfolio box set.
The theme of public entertainment continues with 'Aquarium'. A top-hatted master of ceremonies presents an aquarium of giant fish to the general public in the Place de la Bastille. In the foreground a Welsh fisherman carrying a coracle is rather optimistically hoping for a catch. Blake’s manipulation of scale and his inclusion of the diver in the tank are a comic joy.
