Rose Blake (b. 1987) is an illustrator and artist based in London. She studied Illustration & Animation at Kingston University where she was awarded the D&AD Best New Blood Award and went on to study her MA in Communication Art and Design at the Royal College of Art, graduating in 2011. Blake works predominately as a commercial illustrator, and has completed commissions for The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The BBC and Tatler.  She is represented for her illustration worldwide by B&A Reps, and for children’s books by Bell Lomax Moreton. In 2017 the artist completed her first children’s book about David Hockney for Tate Publishing. Blake has also had two solo shows at the Rebecca Hossack Gallery; ‘Now I Am An Artist’ in 2015 and ‘Sing Swim Ok Moon’ in 2018.
