'Beach at Gruinard'- A signed limited edition silkscreen print by landscape artist Donald Hamilton Fraser. Printed at Coriander Studio, published by CCA Galleries.
High drama of form and of colour, Beach at Gruinard shows the landscape reduced to its barest elements. Fraser describes the construction of the mountains with a few sparing brushstrokes, and uses a palette of brash colours (including one of his famous red skies) to create a theatrical sunset.
