'Searching for a Lost Button at Jackson's' - A signed, limited edition lithograph and silkscreen print by Chris Orr.

"Can
you imagine what it would be like to search for a lost button at Jackson
Pollock’s place? My picture gives Jack the Dripper a ramshackle cluttered home
which we can open up like a doll’s house and join the search. Colour is only on
the painting and where it has rubbed off on the curtains. The rest of his world
is black and white. The clue to actually finding the button is the bird box on
the front wall. Would Jackson really have a gnome in his front garden? So many
questions. Stone lithography is a superb medium for those of us who love
drawing. Working on a limestone block, probably 150 million years old is both a
privilege and a challenge".
