"I really like making the pieces that don’t have any perspective, that are more musical, because everything has to balance perfectly. 'The Marriage' is a good example; it’s about movement, form and feeling. It’s hard to put your finger on it, but I think it’s about two forms clashing, like a man and a woman, and creating life. I think you can look for longer and the abstract compositions, they have a weird effect on you visually; the lack of perspective allows your eye to bounce off every colour and every element." - Dan Baldwin.
